Adell, Editor In Chief, is a Professor and former Dean of the Faculty of Law
at Queen's University. He has extensive experience as an arbitrator and mediator,
and has written on many areas of labour and human rights law. He has recently
given presentations at continuing legal education and arbitration conferences
on the law of reasonable accommodation and on the overlap between the arbitral

John-Paul
Alexandrowicz, Book Review Editor, is an associate in the Toronto office of
Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He practises in all areas of labour and employment
law, including labour relations matters (labour relations board proceedings and
grievance arbitrations), employment standards disputes, human rights complaints,
judicial reviews, and wrongful dismissal litigation. John-Paul also represents

Boris Bohuslawsky,
Managing Editor, is an editor and writer at Lancaster House. A graduate
of Osgoode Hall Law School, Boris was called to the Ontario bar in 1998,
having articled with a civil litigation firm in Toronto. After his call,
Boris went on to practise as an associate in a law firm specializing

Brian
Burkett, Associate Editor, is a senior partner in Heenan Blaikie's Toronto
office. Mr. Burkett concentrates exclusively in the area of management labour
relations and employment law. He is a director of the Canadian Employers Council,
which represents the interests of the Canadian employer community at the ILO in
Geneva, Switzerland and in connection with the Free Trade Area of the Americas
(FTAA) process. He also co-chairs the International Labour Law Conference held

Lynk, Commentary Editor, has been a professor in the Faculty of Law at the
University of Western Ontario since 1999. He previously taught part-time at the
University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law. He has served as a Vice-Chair of
the Ontario Public Service Grievance Board, and practised for a number of years
as a labour lawyer in Ottawa. He has also worked with the United Nations in the
Middle East on refugee and human rights issues. Professor Lynk currently teaches

Sack, Q.C., Associate Editor, is a partner in the Toronto law firm of Sack
Goldblatt Mitchell where he is active as counsel in labour law and civil litigation
in the public and private sectors. A Past President of the Canadian Association
