Mitchnick, a former Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, is a prominent
arbitrator and mediator. A longstanding member of the National Academy of Arbitrators,
Mr. Mitchnick has served on standing panels of arbitrators under numerous collective
agreements, including Ontario Hydro/Power Workers Union, Ontario Community
Colleges/OPSEU, Algoma Steel/USWA, and the salary arbitration panel for Major
League Baseball. Mr. Mitchnick has lectured and written extensively on labour
law and labour arbitration. Brian
Etherington teaches labour arbitration and labour and employment law at the
University of Windsor, and acts frequently as an arbitrator and mediator. Professor
Etherington is co-editor of the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal,
and co-author of Labour Law and Industrial Relations in Canada, a division
of the International Encyclopedia of Labour Law. He has written seminal
articles on major labour law decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada, including
Central Alberta Dairy Pool and Weber, and is a member of the Canadian
Labour Law Casebook Group. Managing

Bohuslawsky is Chief
Books Editor at Lancaster House. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Mr. Bohuslawsky
was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998. Before joining Lancaster House, he practised
as an associate in a law firm specializing in labour and employment law. Mr. Bohuslawsky
is also Managing Editor of the Labour Arbitration Yearbook series, published by
Lancaster House. |
