Pricing:
Each audio conference registration and each playback costs only
$195 + GST per telephone/listening site.
Audio CDs, including a PDF copy of the materials, cost $75 + GST for registrants and $175 + GST for non-registrants.
All registrations must be paid in advance of the audio conference.

Instructions and materials:
Registrants will receive instructions on how to download materials
and participate a few days prior to the conference date.

Cancellation policy:
7 days or more before the conference date – full credit note.
6 days or less before the conference date – audio tape/CD
and materials for conference.
