Stephen Rinfret currently works as an independent labour relations consultant in British Columbia, providing collective bargaining and related services to both public and private sector organizations. Prior to his consulting work, Stephen was involved in all aspects of labour relations and collective bargaining, including many years as spokesperson in collective bargaining for B.C. health care organizations. From 1994 to 2007, Stephen was employed as a mediator with the B.C. Labour Relations Board. He has also conducted labour relations courses at Simon Fraser University and various other organizations. Stephen has a B.Sc. from Concordia University (Montreal) and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
