Robert Abells, Q.C. is a member of the Alberta grievance arbitration roster and has been an active arbitrator since 1989. In addition to his work as an arbitrator, Robert practises corporate, commercial and securities litigation and has represented clients before all levels of courts and various administrative tribunals. He has diverse experience as a lecturer in subjects ranging from civil procedure to human rights and labour arbitration. Previously a senior partner with the law firm Witten LLP, Robert has been a partner at Abells Regan LLP since 2001 and currently divides his time between Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta and a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Alberta.
