Jacquie de Aguayo is the Coordinator of Representation for the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC). Her practice is exclusively in the area of union-side labour law, including constitutional law, human rights, privacy and access. PSAC represents over 150,000 employees employed in the Federal Public Service, as well as unionized employees subject to the Canada Labour Code and provincial and territorial labour laws. Jacquie was previously in-house counsel to the Collective Bargaining Branch of the PSAC. She has also practiced union-side labour law in private practice. |
