
| | Judith Allen is the principal of AIM (arbitration, investigation, mediation). Judith acts as a union nominee on both rights and interest boards of arbitration; conducts investigations of human rights and harassment complaints; and mediates labour, employment and human rights disputes. She was one of the founding partners of Raven, Allen, Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck, LLP and practiced union-side labour law, complainant-side human rights law and employee-side employment law from 1989 to 2005. She was the managing partner of the firm from 1998 to 2005. She has represented union clients in the federal, provincial and territorial jurisdictions in both the public and private sectors. |
