JUDITH ALLEN

Judith Allen is the Principal of AIM (arbitration, investigation, mediation).  She graduated from the University of Ottawa Common Law Program in 1987 and was called to the Bar in 1989.  Judith was one of the founding partners of Raven, Allen, Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck, LLP/srl and practiced union-side labour law, complainant-side human rights law and employee-side employment law from 1989 to 2005.  She was the Managing Partner of the firm from 1998 to 2005.  She has represented clients in the federal, provincial and territorial jurisdictions in both the public and private sectors. Since January of 2008, Judith has acted as an arbitrator, and was added to the Ministry of Labour’s List of Arbitrators in August of 2008.She was appointed a part-time member of the Human Rights tribunal of Ontario in January 2011. She graduated from the University of Ottawa Common Law Program in 1987, and was called to the Bar in 1989.
