Andrew is a partner at the firm of Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre & Cornish
in Toronto, where he represents trade unions. From 1985-1989 he was a union activist
with the Southern Ontario Newspaper Guild. His practice includes labour relations,
grievance arbitration, judicial review and appellate advocacy, workers' compensation,
privacy law, human rights and civil litigation. His practice also has an emphasis
on the rights of disabled workers. He appears before the Ontario Labour Relations
Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board, Ontario's Workplace Safety and Insurance
Board and the Appeals Tribunal, at arbitration and before the provincial and federal
courts. He has an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa (1992) and a B.A. from McMaster
University (1983). He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994. |
