Theo Arsenault is a partner in the Vancouver union-side labour law firm Shortt & Arsenault, and has practised law since 1979 for unions in both the private and public sectors in British Columbia. He is a member of the B.C. Labour Relations Board Practice and Procedure Committee and a former chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Labour Law Section (B.C. Branch). He is a frequent lecturer at labour law seminars and has published articles in the Labour Arbitration Yearbook (Lancaster House). Theo is a graduate of Dalhousie University Law School.
