Vern Bartee represents unions, associations and individual employees in both the private and public sectors. He has worked for 30 years in the field of labour relations in Alberta, as well as inter-provincially. Vern handles grievances, prepares and presents arbitrations, bargains collective agreements, holds schools for various unions on bargaining, duties of stewards, accommodation and grievance handling. As part of his service Vern often represents workers with respect to E.I. and WCB claims, as well as CPP issues. |
