Bob Bass heads Bass Associates Professional Corporation. The professional staff at Bass Associates provide computerized labour relations data analyses and conduct contract negotiations and interest arbitrations on behalf of public sector employers. In addition, Bob sits as an employer nominee at interest and rights arbitration hearings. His focus in consulting is collective bargaining, both as spokesperson at the bargaining table and as research support for both small and large public employers. Prior to starting a consulting practice in 1982, Bob was the Director of Research and Information and Senior Negotiator with the Ontario Hospital Association.
