Bavis is a partner at Victory Square Law Office where he represents unions and
individuals in arbitrations, at Labour Relations Board hearings, and at all levels
of court up to the B.C. Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Appeal. Craig represents
unions in the public and private sector across the province and regularly travels
throughout B.C. He has a particular interest in human rights and Charter of
Rights and Freedoms issues, and has been published in the Alberta Law Review
on Charter and equality rights. In addition, Craig has an interest in aboriginal
law and has provided free legal services to First Nations people in aboriginal
fishing rights litigation in Federal Court. He was called to the bar in 2000. |
