TONIE BEHARRELL

Tonie Beharrell was appointed as a full-time member of the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal in December 2002. In that role she has adjudicated and mediated a broad spectrum of issues arising under the B.C. Human Rights Code. Prior to joining the Tribunal, Tonie was an Associate at the firm of Heenan Blaikie, practising in the areas of labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law. She holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia (1997) and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University (1994).
