Kate Bilson is Legal Counsel, Human Resources for Canadian Pacific Railway Company (CP) in Calgary, and specializes in employment and labour law, pension law, and privacy law. Prior to moving in-house at CP in 2005, Kate worked in private practice in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where she focused on aboriginal law, labour and employment law and immigration law. She is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, where she received a B.A. (Hons) in 1995, and an LL.B. in 2000, and in 2008 she earned an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto. Kate is a member of the bar in both Saskatchewan and Alberta.
