| Simon Blackstone is a partner at Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson, and practices labour law on behalf of trade unions and
associations. His practice encompasses all areas of advocacy on behalf of unions and workers, including labour arbitrations and Labour Board matters; human rights, employment standards and occupational health and safety complaints; and professional discipline hearings. Simon’s practice also includes criminal matters relating to the workplace. He is a graduate of McMaster University (B.A., 1995), the London School of Economics (MSc Econ, 1996) and Queen's University (LL.B, 2000). Simon was called to the Bar in February, 2002.
