Lisa Bolton is a lawyer with Sherrard Kuzz, where she represents management in employment and labour law. Her areas of expertise include: Civil Litigation; Wrongful Dismissal Litigation; Employment Contracts; Executive Compensation; Workplace Contracts; Employment Standards; Human Rights; Attendance Management; Privacy; Grievance Arbitration, Strike Preparation and Management Training. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and conducts workshops and seminars relating to litigation and employment issues. Lisa is a member of the Law Soci-ety of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Advo-cates’ Society.
