Rob Boswell is a partner of Craig Boswell McDermot in Barrie, Ontario. He practices in the field of employment and labour law, with a particular focus on workplace health and safety law, human rights, wrongful dismissal and disability management. He began his legal career in 1996 as a member of the in-house legal department of General Motors of Canada. From late 1998 until 2003, Rob was employed with an employment and labour boutique firm in Toronto. He has represented employers in all industry sectors, and occasionally advises workers on employment litigation matters. Rob has been an active member of the executive of the workers' compensation section of the Ontario Bar Association since 1999. He is the Immediate Past Chair of the section. |
