David Brady graduated from Loyola College (now Concordia University) in 1968 with a B.A. Hons. in Economics and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1974. He was called to the Bar in 1976. He is a partner with Hicks Morley. His practice emphasizes workers' compensation, education law and collective bargaining. He was certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Workers' Compensation Law in 1996 and as a Specialist in Labour Law in 1997. He is a regular lecturer to many employer associations. David is a member of the Toronto Board of Trade's Labour Law and Policy committees, a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada's Certification Committee for Workplace Safety and Insurance Law and a member of the executive committee of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Law Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. David has served as Chair of the Board of Trade's Labour Law Committee, and the LSUC and CBA committees. |
