Felicity Briggs has been a mediator and an arbitrator since 1993. She began her working life as a Registered Nurse in a general hospital. She next worked for the Ontario Nurses' Association in a variety of positions. Since beginning her career as an arbitrator and mediator she has chaired hundreds of rights and interest disputes. As a part time Vice Chair with the Grievance Settlement Board, a position she has held since 1993, she has chaired disputes with various unions and participated in special projects.
