Felicity Briggs has been a mediator and an arbitrator since 1993. She began her working life as a Registered Nurse in a general hospital. She next worked for the Ontario Nurses’ Association in a variety of positions. Since beginning her career as an arbitrator and mediator she has chaired hundreds of rights and interest disputes. She is also a part-time Vice-Chair with the Grievance Settlement Board, a position she has held since 1993.
