Mark Brown is a mediator/arbitrator in British Columbia. From February 1996 to February 2010, Mark held various positions at the B.C. Labour Relations Board, where he was originally appointed as a Vice-Chair. In March 2001, he took on a dual role as Vice-Chair and Mediator. From 2002 to 2010, Mark also held the role of Registrar and Associate Chair – Mediation. Before working as a neutral, Mark was employed in the health care sector in British Columbia for 10 years. Before that, Mark was employed by a national food service company negotiating collective agreements in every province across Canada.
