Marjorie Brown is a partner with Victory Square Law Office LLP in Vancouver, BC where she acts as counsel for public and private sector unions in all manner of proceedings, including Charter litigation, as well as for individuals in employment and human rights matters. Marjorie has a particular interest in equality issues and human rights law. Marjorie also represents clients in meditations and other consensual dispute resolution processes.
Beyond her practice, Marjorie sits on the Advisory Committee for the Family Care Giving Leave law reform project of the BC Law Institute and Canadian Centre for Elder Law. Marjorie is also a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. |
