Diane Brownlee is an arbitrator, mediator and independent investigator, with more than 20 years of experience dealing with workplace conflict and disputes. Diane has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors dealing with harassment and poisoned work environment complaints. In addition, she regularly assists with both two-party and multi-party negotiations, and mediates and arbitrates labour disputes. Diane has an LL.M in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and is appointed to the lists of arbitrators issued by the Ontario Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission.
