Brian
Bruce is a full-time labour arbitrator in Fredericton.
He has been active as an arbitrator in both the private and public sectors for
over twenty-five years. In addition to acting as an arbitrator, Brian is currently a Vice-Chair of the New Brunswick Labour and Employment Board. He has also acted as a fact finder and arbitrator
in civil matters involving physical and sexual abuse and has conducted several
boards of inquiry under the New Brunswick Human Rights Act. From 1976 to
2002, Brian was a full-time professor at the University of New Brunswick Law School
where he taught courses covering all areas of labour law and, in addition, spent
several years as Associate Dean and Acting Dean. |
