Chondon practices labour law at Crawford Chondon & Partners LLP, representing management
at arbitration hearings and labour relations board proceedings under both federal
and provincial jurisdictions: the Ontario Labour Relations Act and the
Canada Labour Code. Mr. Chondon also provides advice on a full range of
labour and employment law matters including union organizing and certification,
grievance and interest arbitrations, employment contracts, wrongful dismissal,
pay equity, human rights, workers' compensation, employment standards, occupational
health and safety and other labour relations issues. He also regularly acts as
a spokesperson for management in collective agreement negotiations, presents seminars
on various labour and employment law topics and conducts management/supervisor
