
| | Michael Church obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and has practised labour law (union side) for more than twenty (20) years. He is a past Vice-President and Treasurer of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. Michael is a partner at CaleyWray, a union-side law firm, in Toronto. He has presented lectures and papers on many issues in the labour law field on topics such as drug and alcohol, testing, privacy rights and surveillance limits. Michael has participated in many panels on these and other subjects, and has also had a number of papers published in various texts. |
