Will Clements practises labour law at Glavin Gordon Clements in Vancouver. He represents unions before arbitration panels, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the courts. Will also provides advice and representation for workers in workers’ compensation claims. He clerked at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan and Alberta before settling in Vancouver.
