Richard Coleman is a Vancouver-based arbitrator since 1994 in British Columbia, the Yukon and the federal sector. He is a member of the B.C. Arbitrators' Association and the B.C. Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau. He holds a B.A. in Economics (1974) and a M.Sc. in Business Administration (Industrial Relations) from U.B.C. (1977).
