Lisa Compagnone is Senior Counsel in the Labour Practice Group with the Ontario Ministry of Government Services, Legal Services. Lisa’s practice involves assisting Ministries with a variety of issues including grievance arbitration, Ontario Labour Relations Board matters, human rights, workplace safety and insurance matters and civil litigation with an emphasis on employment litigation before all levels of courts. Lisa has appeared before a variety of employment and labour-related tribunals, including the Grievance Settlement Board and Public Service Grievance Board, private arbitration boards, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She has also appeared before a variety of Ontario courts including the Superior Court, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
