David Corry is a partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson in Calgary where he principally practises labour and em­ployment law, education law and human rights law representing employers. He has experience in both federal and provincial areas of jurisdiction and has appeared before the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Alberta Labour Relations Board, and before all levels of courts, including the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He also acts as counsel and management nominee in labour arbitrations, and advises and represents management in collective bargaining and labour disputes.
