Mary Ellen Cummings is both Alternate Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and Chair of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal. In addition, she holds a part-time appointment with the federal Public Service Labour Relations Board. Mary Ellen has 18 years of adjudication experience in the areas of employment equity, workers' compensation, employment standards, occupational health and safety and all aspects of labour relations. Prior to becoming a neutral, Mary Ellen practiced labour law with a boutique firm in Toronto. In addition to her tribunal work, Mary Ellen acts as a private arbitrator and mediator.
