Pemme Cunliffe is the Manager of Labour Relations and Classification and Compensation for Covenant Health in Edmonton where she is responsible for the negotiation and administration of 16 collective agreements. Pemme has had an extensive career in a variety of health care settings, both in clinical practice and in administration. As well, she has served as an employer nominee in labour arbitration hearings for other health authorities/employ­ers. Pemme obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2001 and practised at the law firm McLennan Ross LLP in Edmonton.
