KEN CURRY


 

Ken Curry began practising union-side labour law in 1985. After 5 years as a sole practioner he joined the B.C. Government and Service Employees’ Union as their staff counsel in 1990. Ken has conducted numerous arbitrations, Labour Relations Board and court hearings. He was counsel for the BCGEU in the Supreme Court of Canada in the Meiorin case. Ken has published a number of CLE articles on a variety of topics including the duty to accommodate and drug and
alcohol issues.
