KEN CURRY


 

Ken Curry began practising union-side labour law in 1985. After 5 years as a sole practioner he joined the BC Government and Service Employees' Union as their staff counsel in 1990. Ken has conducted numerous arbitrations, Labour Relations Board and Court hearings. He was counsel for the BCGEU in the Supreme Court of Canada on the Meiorin case. Ken has published a number of CLE of BC articles on a variety of topics including Duty to Accommodate and Drug and Alcohol issues.
