
| | Chris Dassios is General Counsel to the Power Workers' Union and an Adjunct Professor at the Osgoode Hall Law School. He practiced labour, constitutional and administrative law as an associate and then partner with Gowlings in Toronto prior to establishing a legal department at the PWU and managing the Union's legal affairs. He has lectured and written on issues relating to constitutional and labour law and is co-author, with Andrew Lokan, of Constitutional Litigation in Canada (Carswell, 2006). |
