Renzo Del Negro is a senior labour relations practitioner with the British Columbia Public School Employers’ Association (BCPSEA).  He began his career in the private sector with Shoppers Drug Mart and then joined BCPSEA in 1997. Renzo specializes in coordinating bargaining in a multi-employer environment, and also provides professional development opportunities for individuals for whom bargaining is not a primary employment responsibility. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management from the University of British Columbia.
