Gillian Demeyere is a professor at the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, where she teaches and researches in the areas of human rights, employment law, and contract law. She holds B.A., LL.B. and M.A. (Philosophy) degrees from Western and LL.M. and S.J.D. degrees from the University of Western Ontario. Her current research, stemming from her doctoral dissertation entitled “Equality in Employment and the Limits of Freedom of Contract,” examines the relationship between human rights law and private law. |
