| Jane Devlin is an arbitrator/mediator with over 25 years’ experience dealing with rights and interest disputes in both the public and private sectors. In addition to ad hoc work, Jane serves on arbitration panels under a number of collective agreements. She also deals with sports-related disputes as arbitrator and mediator for the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada. Jane received law degree from the University of Western Ontario and, following her call to the bar, she clerked to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Ontario. She then practised for a number of years before she began working as an arbitrator. |
