Mike Dumler is an independent Labour Relations Specialist based in Vancouver. His bargaining, organizing, and contract administration experience includes representing workers in the college, university, school board, hospital and municipal sectors. Mike has regularly participated in and presented on labour relations in a number of venues. These include the Conference Board of Canada, Western Cities Municipal Labour Relations Conference, and Lancaster House conferences. His last assignment before retiring from CUPE in 2009 was Legislative Coordinator. He is currently a member of the national executive and board of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives and Union Liaison for Pacific Blue Cross.
