Denis is a partner with the Labour Law firm CaleyWray based in Toronto and has been with the firm since arriving in Toronto in 1991. Denis’ practice includes the representation of trade unions and employees in all areas of labour relations, both provincially and federally, including representation at grievance arbitrations, labour board matters, human rights tribunals, judicial inquests, injunctions and other court matters throughout Ontario and Canada.

Denis has written several articles on various labour relations subjects and is a regular speaker at labour relations conferences, seminars and continuing legal education programs. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Canadian Bar Association, and is the Chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
