Meghan Ferguson is an associate with Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP, advising and representing employers in all areas of labour and employment law. Meghan specializes in occupational health & safety and employment standards, and regularly represents employers before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Ontario Court of Justice, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She frequently appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board on appeals under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Before joining Hicks Morley LLP, Meghan worked for the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Meghan was called to the Bar in 2005. |
