Karen Fields is a partner in the law firm Crawford Chondon & Partners LLP, where she represents employers in all areas of labour relations and employment law. Karen provides advice, opinions, and training on a full range of employment law matters including seminars on supervisors’ obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, due diligence, emergency planning, and maintaining an harassment free workplace. as well as defending companies and their supervisors that are
charged under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Karen has been involved with service agencies in both Brampton and Mississauga and is currently a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and the Human Resources Professional Association of Peel, Mississauga Board of Trade, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Peel, as well as a number of manufacturing and construction associations.
