| Lora Fontana currently holds the position of Director, Employee and Labour Relations with the City of Hamilton. Prior to this role, Lora held the role of Director, Corporate Health Services and Employee Relations with the Region of Niagara for 7 years. She is a graduate of York University (Masters of Human Resources Management, 2008) as well as the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business (Advanced Program in Human Resources Management, 1996) and McMaster University (Bachelor of Commerce, 1987). She also holds a CHRP designation. Lora has held a variety of human resources-related management positions throughout her career in the municipal sector, with a particular focus on employee and labour relations. |
