| Katherine Ford is a management-side labour and employment lawyer with Sherrard Kuzz LLP in Toronto. Katherine advises and represents employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring processes, employment contracts, disciplinary issues as well as workplace training and education. She also deals extensively with human rights related matters, the employment aspects of corporate restructuring and wrongful dismissal claims. Katherine has written for and lectured at industry and client seminars on emerging issues facing employers. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Law School and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Queen’s University. |
