Jodi Gallagher is a lawyer with Heenan Blaikie's Toronto labour & employment group. Jodi's practice includes a broad spectrum of labour and employment law matters with emphasis on Charter issues, grievance arbitration, human rights, and wrongful dismissal litigation. She has represented employers in various forums, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Grievance Settlement Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, employment standards fact-finding meetings, and various types of mediations. Jodi has published in the Canadian Labour & Employment Law Journal and has guest lectured at Queen's and the University of Western Ontario law schools on labour and employment topics. She is a graduate of Dalhousie University (B.Sc. 1998, M.Sc. 2000, LL.B. 2003).
