Gail Gatchalian is a partner with Pink Breen Larkin where she advises unions. Gail practices in all areas of labour and employment law, including grievance and interest arbitration, labour board matters, human rights issues, judicial review proceedings and wrongful dismissal suits. She joined the Halifax office of Pink Breen Larkin in 1999 after leaving her union-side labour and employment law practice in Toronto.
Gail lectures often on labour, employment and human rights issues. She speaks Spanish and has volunteered in Central America and provided legal services at the Centre for Spanish-Speaking Peoples in Toronto. Gail received a B.Sc. (Honours) degree from Dalhousie University in 1993 and her LL.B. from the University of Toronto Law School in 1996. She is a member of the bar in Nova Scotia. |
