Diane Gee is the Acting Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and Chair of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal.

Diane was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988. She practised labour and employment law first at a full-size national law firm and then at a national labour law boutique until her appointment to the Ontario Labour Relations Board as a Vice-Chair in 1994. Diane served as a Vice-Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board from January 1994 until October 2002. In 2002, Diane returned to the practice of labour and employment law with a boutique firm, becoming a partner in 2004. From August 2007 until her appointment to the OLRB and PEHT on August 1, 2008, Diane was the Vice-President and Legal Counsel, Labour and Human Resources for a large national retailer with over 135,000 employees, of whom about 85,000 are unionized.
