Tim Gleason is a partner with Sack Goldblatt Mitchell LLP where he represents trade unions in all types of litigation. His practice focuses primarily on Labour litigation, with an emphasis on the public sector and the education sector. He is a Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour Section. He frequently participates as a speaker and educator for trade unions and trade union organizations. He is the founder and captain of the SGM hockey team, plays left wing, shoots left, has a decent shooting percentage and almost no penalty minutes. Despite a reputation for being scrappy, he is actually a nice guy and even has friends who are management side lawyers.
