Sheila Greene, Q.C., is General Counsel for the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees. Prior to her time with NAPE, Sheila was an associate at Williams, Roebothan, McKay & Marshall and, before that, at Mercer, Orsborn, Benson, Myles. Sheila is a bencher of the Law Society of Newfoundland, Newfoundland chairperson of the Women's Legal Education Action Fund (LEAF), President of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the President of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers (CALL/ACAMS). She received her LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1987 and was called to the Bar of Newfoundland in 1990. Sheila was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1989 and received a Masters of Arts from York University. She became a Q.C. in June 2007.
