Sheila Greene, Q.C. is General Counsel for the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees. Prior to her time with NAPE, Sheila was an associate at Williams, Roebothan, McKay & Marshall and, before that, at Mercer, Orsborn, Benson, Myles. Sheila is a bencher of the Law Society of Newfoundland, Newfoundland chairperson of the Women's Legal Education Action Fund (LEAF), a Council Member of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, and the President of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers (CALL/ACAMS). She is the past President of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. She received an LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1987, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1989 and the Bar of Newfoundland in 1990.  She was appointed a Q.C. in 2007.
