Jacquie Griffiths joined the B.C. Public School Employers' Association (BCPSEA) in 2004. She was the spokesperson for the association in the two most recent rounds of collective bargaining. In 2006, she signed the first freely-negotiated provincial framework agreements with the B.C. Teachers' Federation and the support staff unions on behalf of the association. Jacquie also worked with the Vancouver School Board as the Manager of Labour Relations, as well as working in the municipal sector and the mining industry. In 2010, Jacquie was named one of Business in Vancouver’s 40 Under 40.  Jacquie has an M.A. from Royal Roads University, and a B.Comm. from the University of British Columbia.
