Gropper, QC is a partner at Black, Gropper & Company, where she represents
trade unions in labour relations and employment law matters. Ms. Gropper is a
former Chair of the Labour Law Subsection of the B.C. Bar Association. She has
appeared at arbitration, administrative tribunals, and all levels of court in
matters relating to labour relations and litigation generally. She is a member
of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. She has been a frequent lecturer
with the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia in relation to
labour relations, litigation and advocacy and has participated in several Lancaster
House conferences including audio conferences. Ms Gropper became Queens Counsel
in 1998. |
