Noel Gulbransen is a Business Agent for the Compensation Employees' Union.
Prior to that, he worked for 18 years as a Representative for the Hospital Employees' Union. Since 2002, he had been assigned exclusively as a bargaining spokesperson, and in that capacity has been involved in all aspects of private and public sector bargaining, mediation, essential services disputes, strikes and first contract arbitration.
